Why Attic Cleaning Improves Indoor Air Quality
Many airborne contaminants originate in overlooked spaces like attics. Dust, pest waste, mold spores, insulation particles, and allergens can migrate into your home’s living areas through air leaks, ductwork, and HVAC systems.
Professional attic cleaning helps reduce these contaminants while supporting:
- Cleaner indoor air
- Reduced airborne dust
- Fewer allergens
- Improved HVAC airflow
- Better overall home comfort
Combined with professional air duct cleaning and HVAC filter replacement, attic cleaning becomes an important part of a complete indoor air quality solution.
Our 3 Phase Attic Cleaning Process
Phase 1: Arrival & Set-Up
Your uniformed technician will contact you at least 30 minutes prior to arriving.
We choose the easiest route from the attic to a staging area outside. We put down protective drop cloths to protect your floors and run the hoses from the attic to outside your home, where we collect all the waste material in bags. We take before pictures to document the removal process.
PHASE 2: Clean Attic
Our team will remove all the old insulation. We remove old, broken down, insulation that has gathered dust and animal droppings. We also use our industrial vacuums to suction anything left, including old contaminated blown-in loose insulation. We safely and responsibly dispose of it. We then thoroughly vacuum the attic again to remove any dirt or dust left behind.
PHASE 3: Seal & Sanitize
Once the attic is completely clean and free from allergens and irritants, we install Pestblock Insulating Foam Sealant, which helps block pests, including rats, mice, birds, and even insects like scorpions from entering your home.
Our 3 Phase Process is quick, simple and effective
